Instructions
on services beyond the completed Domain registration process.
Thank you for using our Domain Name Registrar services.
If using our HostingCompanies.com Hosting services please follow
the instructions that will be in your Hosting confirmation email.
Please read the following.
After your registration is completed:
Changes regarding your Domain registration
records at USDomainRegistrar.com:
In order to make any changes regarding your records created during the
registration process of your Domain Name you must return to our site to
log into your Domain Manager tool. The "log in" link is located on the left
side of the home page at. You will need the user name and password that you established when you registered. Don't panic if you find you've misplaced them. You can request that they be sent to you by using a link located on the second page behind the log in link.
Possible changes of your records would include:
Owner, administrator, or technical contact names, address or
phone number changes.
Change of Host at any time in the future:
You can access the Host DNS (Domain Name Server) information
within your management tool.
DNS change instructions:
(1) Go to our site at http://USDomainRegistrar.com
(2) Log in by clicking the "Manage Your Domains" link at the left side
the of page.
(3) Log in using your user name and password that you established while
registering.
(4) Click on the "Account manager" link.
(5) Click on the "Domain manager" link.
(6) Click on the "Modify DNS record" link at the top.
(7) Click on the Domain name you wish to change the DNS for.
(8) Enter the new DNS as needed in the place of the two current DNS lines.
After you make the changes in the record you will receive a
"confirmation of requested change" email from Domain Bank Inc.
asking that you click on a link inserted in that email. Follow
their instructions as stated and the change will go through.
Note: When you are returned to the "log in" page file during
the
emailed DNS confirmation process, the final step is on the next page.
This "looping" back to the log in page at times causes customers to
think they are starting all over again, but you will have only one more
step at that point located behind the original log in page.
The Re-log-in is done as an extra security measure.
Change of email address.
(1) Do not release the use of your original email address (used during
registration) until you have established the new email address in your records
with us.
(2) Most importantly, submit the change of email request within
your Domain Manager tool.
(3) Receive and reply to the confirmation email that will only be sent
to the email address you used during registration of your Domain Name.
(4) Wait for the change to show up in you Domain manager profile record.
Once these steps have been completed you may release the original email
address used during registration. If you fail to follow these InterNic based requirements then you will be
required to submit an offline notarized request
for any changes to your Domain name records.

Domain Name registration versus Web Site Hosting:
For those of you that are new to the internet please understand that
the registration of your Domain name and the Hosting of your Domain
Name are totally separate industries of the Internet.
We at USDomainRegistrar.com have partnered with
HostingCompanies.com to offer you an easy way of going from the registration of your Domain to actually being online with a Hosting company.
Continued technical support with USDomainRegistrar.com:
Support services from domain registrars normally end upon
completion of your successful registration process. However,
personalized technical support from USDomainRegistrar.com is
offered to you beyond the initial registration process. This
extended support and the free use of our simplified Internic
forms are offered to assist you with any record changes as a
gesture of customer appreciation.
Many Registrars only offer you automated and confusing "request submission templates", which they then forward
to Internic for technical support and you will then begin the long wait
for an answer.
Not so
with
USDomainRegistrar.com,
we answer all
Tech questions within 24
hours and most
within a matter of
minutes.
I hope this has been informative and will aid in the success of
your internet venture.
Wishing you the best with your new web site and thanks again
for using our services.
With regards, Barry L. Brumfield
